Venthrapy (Hereinafter called “VT”), having its registered office/ address at C-11/07, DLF PHASE-1, GURUGRAM -122002,HARYANA .

VT is committed to respecting the privacy of every user who shares information at VT website or whose information it receives in other agreed manner. Privacy of user is important to VT and we aim to take care and protect the information of user to the best of our ability.

This Privacy Policy applies to collection, receipt, storage, usage, processing, disclosure, transfer, registration and protection (“Utilization”) of user’s personal information when user access to or avail any services offered by VT through its website available at URL: www.venthrapy.com (Hereinafter referred as “Website/Digital Platform”).

The terms ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refer to you as the user (registered or unregistered) of this digital platform and which means VT website and the terms ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ refer to VT.

The capitalized terms that are used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use .

Consent by user: User acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is a part and parcel of terms of use of VT website and to avail services offered at website by providing us your personal information directly or through a primary user or by making use of services provided via website, you unconditionally signify your (i) understanding and consent to the present privacy policy of VT, and (ii) consent in favour of VT to the use of your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.

User acknowledge that user is providing their personal information out of their free consent and will. If user are availing services of VT on behalf of someone else (including but not limited to, user’s immediate family member or minor child or major child or as a legal representative of any individual with mental illness or an entity e.g. its employer, user represent that user are duly empowered and authorized by or behalf of such individual or entity to (i) accept this Privacy Policy on behalf of any said individual’s or entity, and (ii) consent on behalf of such individual or entity to our collection, use and disclosure of personal information about said individual’s or entity’s as described in this privacy policy. User further acknowledge that utilization of user’s personal information by VT is necessary for the purposes identified and mentioned hereinafter. User hereby consent that utilization of any personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy shall not cause any wrongful loss to user.
User are always free to opt for non-sharing with VT of personal information or details sought to be collected. User will also have the option to withdraw consent any time provided such withdrawal of consent is properly intimated and sent to VT. In the event of user’s selection of option to not provide VT any personal information or if user has decided to withdraw consent to provide VT any personal information at any point in time, VT shall have the option not to fulfil the purposes for which said personal information was sought and VT may limit user from using the digital platform (Website).

VT website is not directed at children and VT do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Please contact us at grievance email contact@venthrapy.com, if user are aware that VT may have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, and VT will delete that information as soon as possible.

Changes to the Privacy Policy: VT reserve its right to update (amend, change, modify, add and/or delete) this privacy policy at any point of time and at our sole discretion. There is a tab at the end of privacy policy which indicates when the Privacy Policy was last updated.

When VT update its privacy policy, VT will intimate user of the amendments on user’s registered email or on the website. Alternatively, VT may cause user account to be logged-off and make user subsequent account log-in conditional on acceptance of the new agreement. If user do not agree to the amendments, please do not use the website or services. Personal Information Collected: In order to provide services to user, VT might require user to voluntarily provide certain information that personally identifies user or secondary user. User hereby consent to the collection of such information by VT. The information that VT may collect from the user about user or secondary user, may include following:

3. Address of user and/or secondary user;
4. Gender of user;
5. Blood group of user and/or secondary user;
6. Information about location, including GPS location of user;
7. Contact number or mobile number of user and/ or secondary user;
8. Email address of user;
9. Detail about physical, physiological and mental health condition, provided by user or its healthcare service provider or accessible from user’s medical details and records shared with us, if any;
10. Personal medical records and history of user or secondary user;
11. Login id and password of VT portal;
12. Valid financial information at time of purchase of services and/or online payment,
13. Master and transaction data and other data stored in Your user account,
14. Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor detailscollected in Our log files, the pages of our website that user visit, the time and date of user’s visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics ("Log Data"),
15. User’s tracking Information such as, but not limited to the device ID, Google Advertising ID.
16. Any other information that is willingly shared by user. All said information are collectively referred to as “Personal Information”.

Method for collection of personal information of user: The methods by which we collect user’s personal information including but not limited to below:

1. At the time of user’s registration on website;
2. When user provide personal information to VT;
3. During course of services provided to user by VT;
4. When user uses the features on VT Website;
5. By use of cookies (discussed below);
6. We collect information that Your browser, whenever, user visits VT website including log data. In addition, VT may use 3 rd party services to analyse it. This information is kept completely secure.

Use of personal information: Personal information of user may be used for various purposes including but not limited to below:

1. To provide effective Services;
2. To debug customer support related issues;
3. To operate and improve the website;
4. To perform studies or research or analysis for our understanding, information and analysis, services and technologies in order to provide improved and quality services to all user’s; And ensuring that contents and advertising are customised in light of user’s preference;

11. To respond to court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
12. To investigate, prevent, or take actions regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our terms of use, breach of our agreement or as otherwise required by law;
13. Sharing and transfer of personal information:

1. User authorize VT to exchange, transfer, share, part with all or any of user’s personal information, across borders and from user’s country to any other countries across the world with VT affiliates or agents or 3 rd party service providers or partners or banks and financial institutions for the purposes specified under this Policy or as may be required by applicable law.
2. User hereby consent and authorize us to publish feedback obtained by user on our website.
3. User’s financial information are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. However, User is advised to exercise discretion while saving the payment details.
4. User acknowledge that some countries where VT may transfer your personal information may not have data protection laws which are as stringent as the laws of India or your own country. User acknowledge that it is adequate that when VT transfers user’s personal information to any other entity within or outside country, VT will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this privacy policy. User acknowledge that VT may be obligated to by law to disclose or transfer user’s personal information with courts and government agencies in certain instances such as for verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution, and punishment for offences, or in compliance with laws such as intimation of diagnosis of an epidemic disease. User hereby consent to disclosure or transfer of user’s personal information in these instances.
5. Notwithstanding above, VT are not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of user’s personal information by 3 rd party outside the scope of agreement with such 3 rd party. Further, VT shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any 3 rd party or events that are beyond the reasonable control of VT including but not limited to, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the user etc.
6. VT may share user’s personal information with its other corporate and/or associate entities and affiliates to (i) help detect and prevent identity theft, fraud and other potentially illegal acts and cyber security incidents, and (ii) help and detect co-related/related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of VT Services.

Permissions:Once user has download and install VT Application, user may be prompted to grant certain permissions to allow the Application to perform certain actions on user’s device. These actions include permission to:

1. Read, write, modify, delete data in relation to the website on the storage of user’s device;
2. View or access information relating to networks or network access, including permission to send and receive data through such networks/access networks;
3. determine user’s approximate location from sources and connected Wi-Fi networks;
4. determine user’s exact location from sources such as, but not limited to, GPS;
5. view or access device information, including but not limited to the model number, operating system information etc.;
6. access device information including device identification number required to send notifications.

Use of cookies:

1. Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to user on website.
2. VT may store temporary or permanent ‘cookies’ on user’s computer/device to store certain data (that is not Sensitive Personal Data or Information). User can erase or choose to block these cookies from user’s computer. User can configure its computer’s browser to alert it when we attempt to send a cookie with an option to accept or refuse the cookie. If user have turned off cookies, user may be prevented from using certain features of the website.
3. We do not control the use of Cookies by third parties.

Security:

1. The security of user’s personal information is important to us. VT have adopted reasonable security practices and procedures including role-based access, secure communication, password protection, encryption, etc. to ensure that the personal information collected is secure. User agree that such measures are secured and adequate. VT restrict access to user’s personal information to its affiliates, employees, agents, third party service providers, partners, and agencies who need to know such personal nformation in relation to the purposes as specified above in this Policy, provided that such entities agree to abide by this privacy policy.
2. While we will endeavor to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to keep secure any information which VT hold about user and prevent unauthorized access, user acknowledge that internet is not 100% secured or fool proof and that VT cannot guarantee absolute security of user’s personal information. Further, if user are secondary user, the user hereby acknowledge and agree that its personal information may be freely accessible by the primary user and other secondary users and that VT will not be able to restrict, control or monitor access by primary user or other secondary users to your personal information. VT will not be liable in any way in relation to any breach of security or unintended loss or disclosure of information caused in relation to personal information of user.

Third party links:
During user’s interactions with VT, it may happen that VT provide or include links and hyperlinks of 3 rd party websites not owned or managed by us. It may also happen that user or other users may include links and hyperlinks of 3 rd party websites. The listing of such 3 rdparty websites does not imply endorsement of such 3 rd party websites by VT. Such 3 rd party websites are governed by their own terms and conditions and when user access such 3 rd party websites, user will be governed by the terms of such 3 rd party websites. User must use its own discretion while accessing or using 3 rd party websites. VT do not make any representations regarding the availability and performance of any of the 3 rd party websites. VT are not responsible for the content, terms of use, privacy policies and practices of such 3 rd party websites. VT do not bear any liability arising out of user’s use of 3 rd party websites. Access: If user need to update or correct its personal information or have any grievance with respect to the processing or use of its personal information, or request that VT no longer use user’s personal information to provide services, or opt-out of receiving communications such as promotional and marketing-related information regarding the services, for any reason, user may send VT an email at (Mention grievance email id of VT _________) and VT will take all reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes within a reasonable period of time. Compliance: User are not allowed to use the services of website, if any, of the terms of this privacy policy are not in accordance with the applicable laws of user’s country. Terms of storage of personal information: VT may keep records of communications, including phone calls received and made for making enquiries, orders, feedback or other purposes for rendering services effectively and efficiently. VT will be the exclusive owner of such data and records. However, all records are regarded as confidential. Therefore, will not be divulged to any third party, unless required by law.
