When a problem occurs, it is only our mind that guides us in the right direction and immediately
tells us to do's and don'ts (like when we see blood flowing from a wound, we tend to stop the
same through whatever means possible). It is our elementary duty towards our mind to take
care of it when it suffers through any crisis. Seeking help through therapy could help us in
"feeding our mind the medicine" it requires while in pain to heal itself. Mental Health should
be of equal weightage as physical health in one's life. It also requires attention, care, and nourishment.
